This website is operated by MC29 Development LLC ("we," "us"), the developer of The Residences at Millcreek. This page explains, in plain English, what we collect through this site and how we use it.
What we collect
When you join the interest list, we collect what you enter in the form: your name, email address, phone number, household size, current city, whether you're a first-time homebuyer, how you heard about us, and any notes or questions. Only name and email are required.
How we use it
We use your information only to:
- send you updates about The Residences at Millcreek;
- share eligibility and sales information as it becomes available; and
- respond to your questions.
Joining the list isn't an application and doesn't reserve a home.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share it only as needed with:
- Service providers that run this site for us, such as our website host and the form service (FormSubmit) that delivers your submission to us by email.
- The project's listing brokerage, once one is engaged, so it can contact you about the homes.
- Homebuyer program partners, such as state housing or city program administrators, only as needed to help determine or process eligibility.
We may also disclose information if required by law.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels or analytics tools. Our website host may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) to operate and secure the site.
Your choices
You can stop receiving updates, or ask us to delete your information, at any time. Reply to any email we send you, or contact us through the form on this site and tell us what you'd like us to do.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
